When you contact us, include the app name, your company and the email address you sign in with.

Getting access to TMNuts and Tailormade Nuts

You need your company's permission to use TMNuts and Tailormade Nuts. There is no open sign up.

  • Staff of a macadamia processor: ask your administrator, or choose "Request staff access" on your company's sign-in page. Your administrator approves the request.
  • Growers: sign up on your processor's portal and connect your grower account with the code your processor sends you, or ask your processor to connect you.
  • TMNuts app: sign in with the same email address and password you use on your company's portal.

Delete your account

Your company's administrator can remove your access to its workspace at any time. To delete your TMNuts and Tailormade Nuts sign-in account completely, ask your administrator, or email wian@tailormadetech.co.za from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account" and the name of your company. We confirm your identity, then close your sign-in account so that it can no longer be used, remove your access to every company and delete your Nutty conversations. We reply within 30 days to confirm what we did.

Some records keep your details because they show what happened:

  • Where your company's records show that you did something, such as recording a delivery, your name and email address stay on those records.
  • The audit log keeps a copy of every change and cannot be edited.
  • Approved remittances and invoices keep the bank and VAT details they were approved with.
  • Your company decides about its other records. We tell you what was kept and why.

For our other apps, such as the HHD app, email us from the address you sign in with and name the app. We reply within 30 days.

  • Information your company holds about you on the platform is your company's to release. We pass your request to your company and help it answer.
  • For account information we hold ourselves, we reply to you directly within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with how we handled a privacy request, you may complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za or POPIAComplaints@inforegulator.org.za.
