View Privacy Policy →Central Recon is a sales reconciliation platform for multi-site restaurants (e.g. Debonairs, Steers, Fishaways). It pulls together POS data (Aura), delivery platforms (Mr D, Uber Eats, Yumbi), and payment data (Transaction Junction, Capitec) so head office can see daily sales, match orders to payments, and reconcile cash and card in one place. Each store runs a small Windows app (Aura Exporter) that watches for Aura's daily Excel exports and uploads them to the cloud automatically—no manual export-and-email. Stores install via a single installer that auto-downloads the exe and configures startup; the server detects which store the upload belongs to from the report header and processes on upload, so the office sees data shortly after each store's export.
One file: download the installer, run it, and follow the prompts. It will download the exporter and set up startup automatically.

The application processes PDF invoices for deliveries, automatically extracting and categorizing all line items. It intelligently handles new store locations by using fuzzy string matching to find the correct entity or prompting the user to create one. Built-in validation logic cross-references extracted totals with calculated totals, ensuring 100% accuracy and preventing mistakes before they happen.
